What we do not do
- Hold your money. There is no account balance here and no deposit to us. Your assets sit in your own wallet and move only when you approve it.
- Ask for anything personal. No passwords, no card details, no documents. Signing in needs an email address and nothing else.
- Quote our own prices. Every figure is read from the live market. An equity with no real market is listed as having none, rather than shown at a price nobody could actually trade at.
- Let a large order run away from you. A trade big enough to move the price against you by more than 15% is refused outright, not merely flagged.
